Purchasing Insurance Through Letscompare.pk
Let’s Compare will market insurance products on our website on behalf of the participating insurers. When you purchase an insurance product through our website you are purchasing the policy through the insurer and your payment will be made to the insurer. The Insurer shall sell to the Purchaser, through this platform the Policies selected by the Purchaser.
When purchasing an Insurance Policy through the Let’s Compare website, the purchaser acknowledges having read and understood the insurance provider’s terms and conditions that are applicable to the policy. Any/all information regarding an insurance Policy that has been presented by Let’s Compare is for information & marketing purposes only. The Purchaser should read and understand the insurance provider’s terms and conditions in respect of any Policy, because it is the insurance company’s terms and conditions which will apply to the purchaser’s insurance coverage.
For transactions against payment for insurance policies, we accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard Credit or Debit cards in PKR currency only. You are not be entitled to set-off or withhold payment of any amounts due in terms of this agreement for any reason whatsoever. Payments for insurance policies will be made directly to insurance companies or Let’s Compare and your acceptance of this agreement will constitute irrevocable authority for the Insurer and Let’s Compare to obtain authorisation and/or payment on the Purchaser’s credit card or charge card. It shall be the responsibility of the cardholder to retain a copy of transaction records as well as a copy of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Your responsibilities
When you request a quotation through the Let’s Compare website, we will display quotations based on the information that you have provided to us.
As this information will be sent through to all of the Participating Insurers to calculate your policy premium, it is of the upmost importance that you answer all of the questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to issue you a policy at all, or not being able to issue you a policy at the quoted price. It is imperative that all the information provided by you via our website is true and accurate. We will not accept any responsibility if you fail to provide, in full, accurate information to the Insurers or if you in any way misrepresent or fail to disclose the facts. If a policy is issued and you are later found to have not provided the correct information, your policy may be invalid and claims may not be paid. If your insurance is invalid, you could be responsible for third party damage if you suffer an accident.
We cannot stress how important it is for you to read the insurer’s Terms and Conditions of business before purchasing a Policy from a Participating Insurer. Your policy wording will be similar but tailored to your circumstances based on the information you have provided. You should not proceed unless you understand and agree with the terms and conditions set out in the policy document. Each insurer will have their own Terms and Conditions and therefore it is important for you to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy you wish to purchase.

It is important that you read the terms of your Policy carefully and familiarise yourself with the terms of your cover, including the deductibles, limits and obligations that apply. Providing Relevant Documents
You will be required to produce and upload certain personal documents for validating and confirming your details before you are issued your insurance policy. Only once all of your details have been verified, accepted and your payment has been received will we then release your insurance policy.
Understanding Your Policy
Each Insurer will make your policy wording available via delivery as an electronic document. It is important that you read the terms of your policy carefully and familiarise yourself with the terms of your cover, including the deductibles, limits and obligations that apply. Failure to observe the Insurer’s Terms and Conditions could result in you losing or being refused cover. Please check that all the details on the policy are correct and contact either the Participating Insurer direct or Let’s Compare if they are not or you have questions.
Policy Issuance
In these terms & conditions, Policy Issuance means the electronic delivery of your insurance documents. Only once all of your details have been verified, accepted and your payment has been received will we release your insurance policy.
Our Liability to You
Neither Let’s Compare Online PVT Limited nor any of its directors, officers, employees, service providers or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from the purchase by the Purchaser of any insurance products through this platform. We are not liable to you in any way for:
- Personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent statements made by one of our employees or agents for or any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability.
- Any information on the Let’s Compare website being inaccurate or incomplete.
- Any errors made by an Insurer for coverage or prices quoted to you.
- Any incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information you provided on the site or to a Participating Insurer.
- The unavailability of the Let’s Compare site at any time for any reason including being offline, site malfunctions or website interruptions.
- Any errors or omissions in the Portal.
- Any loss of or illegal access to personal information beyond our control resulting in loss of personal data or other data, howsoever caused, including without limitation, malfunctioning of the website, illegal access, power failures, theft of data, computer viruses, software defects or negligence on our part.
- Any event beyond our control.
Availability of letscompare.pk
Whilst we try to ensure that the Letscompare.pk website is available 24/7/365, we cannot guarantee it. We reserve the right at our discretion to restrict access to the Portal to users who have registered with us for whatever means. We also reserve the right to remove, amend or downgrade services at any time without notice and we are not responsible for any loss resulting from such actions.
If you register on the Let’s Compare website, we will supply a username and password. Let’s Compare does not permit you to share your username or passwords with any third party, you are responsible for the security of your password. Let’s Compare staff will never ask you for your password.
Payments through Let’s Compare for Non-Insurance Transactions
For transactions (excluding insurance policies), we accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard Credit or Debit cards in PKR currency only. All purchases made through this platform shall be legally binding.

The information displayed on the Let’s Compare website has been submitted to us direct from the participating insurers. We accept no liability for any inaccuracy in the description of products on the website as Let’s Compare are not responsible for the information content supplied by the Participating Insurer.

We accept no liability for any statements, information, products or services that are published on or may be accessible through third party websites, as this is outside our control.

The Let’s Compare website is to be used by residents of Pakistan and we make no warranty or representation that policies or products referred to in this portal are suitable for use outside of the Pakistan except where mentioned in the policy document.
